Best bang for the buck in the industry their service is exceptional and the people that work for the company that I have had the pleasure of dealing with have been top notch. The technology is super easy to use and integrates well with my current POS. the only thing that disappoints me about sauce is that there is only one like it. If there was another sauce or a competitor, I believe they would have to work even harder, if that's even possible

I like Sauce because it's the only platform that's really doing what we need for our website, ensuring that every order gets delivered even before the time. It handles the orders online from our website, collects customer information, and does email marketing with AI, bringing a lot of customers back. The initial setup was super easy. They don't have ticket numbers for when we open a ticket, and they said they're gonna work on it. Also, I'd like more options to improve, like having an easy option to reply to customers when they leave reviews on the website back end, similar to what Uber does.
